Red Prince Smoothie
1 – Red Prince Apple
1/2 – Banana
1 cup – (250 mL) Skim milk (or milk alternative)
1 – Ice cube
In a blender, combine one washed and cored Red Prince apple (with skin on), half of one peeled banana, one cup of skim milk and one ice cube.
Chef’s Tip: If lactose intolerant, substitute rice or soy milk for skim milk.
