Red Prince® “Cookies”
Serves 3-4
Total time: 15 minutes


  • 1 Red Prince®, sliced horizontally (across the core) and with core removed with a cookie cutter (or you can use an apple corer and just slice across to make thick “rings” about ¼ inch thick.
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter or sunflower seed butter (or more to taste)
  • Optional garnishes:
    • Sliced and toasted almond
    • Raisins
    • Shredded coconut
    • Chocolate chips
    • Pecan pieces
    • Honey


Core and slice Red Prince® apples, then immediately cover with some peanut or sunflower seed butter. Top with your favourite garnishes and serve immediately for a protein-filled, sweet, and fibre-rich snack!
