Red Prince® Smoothie
Smoothies and shakes have really grown in popularity over the last little while, and we’ve got one that you won’t find in any store or restaurant. If you whip up this delicious Red Prince® smoothie for friends or family, you’d better be ready to make them another one!
1 – Red Prince® Apple
1/2 – Banana
1 cup – (250 mL) Skim milk (or milk alternative)
1 – Ice cube
In a blender, combine one washed and cored Red Prince® apple (with skin on), half of one peeled banana, one cup of skim milk and one ice cube.
Chef’s Tip: If lactose intolerant, substitute rice or soy milk for skim milk.
