Red Prince Apple® & Peanut Butter Smoothie

Do you love PB & J (otherwise known as peanut butter and jelly sandwiches)? If yes, then this is the smoothie for you!

 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)

1 Red Prince® apple, washed, cored and sliced/diced

2 tbsp peanut butter

½ cup frozen wild blueberries

 

INSTRUCTIONS

In a strong blender, puree until smooth and well mixed. Then enjoy immediately

 

SERVES 2

 

OPTIONS:

To make this thicker, add a handful of ice.
You can also amp up the protein and add a scoop of your favourite protein powder.
