Warm Brussel Sprouts and Red Prince® Apple Salad with bacon
1/2 cup Nutrafarms bacon, diced
1 cup Brussels Sprouts, thinly sliced
2 Red Prince® Apples, diced
2 cups Micro-greens
Nonna Pia Balsamic Glaze
In a non-stick frying pan, cook the bacon for 2-3 minutes.
Add the Brussels Sprouts and apples and sauté for 2 minutes; just until the sprouts start wilting.
Remove from heat. Plate portions on four plates, top with micro-greens and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
